Responsibilities:
Prepare financial reports (donations, expenses, payroll) and support budget submissions.
Maintain donor/alumni data in DARS database and ensure data quality.
Handle correspondence (email/phone) with donors, alumni, and university officials.
Process donations, issue tax receipts, and manage fund transfers.
Organize logistics for meetings, travel, and events (local/international).
Support scholarship selection processes (e.g., Rhodes Scholarship).
Assist with contract renewals (leases, vendors) and office administration.
Coordinate event planning and attendance for university functions.
Maintain petty cash and audit-ready financial records.
Provide general team support for fundraising and alumni engagement.
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent.
3+ years of relevant experience (small office preferred).
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written/spoken).
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, databases).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional discretion for confidential matters.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving attitude under pressure.
Experience in donor relations or nonprofit work is a plus.
