<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced engineer responsible for maintaining and managing critical traditional analog systems and high-precision time synchronization systems. You will be the key figure in ensuring these core infrastructure systems operate stably.</p><p></p><p><strong>Main work responsibilities</strong></p><p></p><p>Analog CCTV system (camera, DVR, coaxial cable)</p><p>Early (2000s) call center recording system</p><p>PS/2 KVM, old-fashioned signal switchers, etc. peripheral devices</p><p>Management of high-precision time synchronization system:</p><p>Maintain GPS Stratum 0 equipment</p><p>Design and build PPS/10MHz clock signal distribution lines (coaxial/double twisted pair/fiber optic)</p><p>Execute end-to-end testing and redundant configuration, troubleshoot antenna, RF interference, grounding, and NTP layer issues</p><p>Large screen display system signal routing, resolution/synchronization adjustment and problem diagnosis.</p><p>Execute low-voltage wiring engineering (coaxial, UTP, power supply, grounding), ensure clear line marking and complete management, and implement lightning protection measures.</p><p>Use oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters, PPS detectors, etc. to diagnose and solve complex analog signal problems (such as signal attenuation, reflection, ground loop)</p><p>Responsible for daily operations: shift duty, ensure SLA compliance, manage spare parts inventory, write maintenance SOP and maintenance reports.</p><p>Coordinate with internal IT and business departments and external suppliers to provide on-site or remote technical guidance.</p><p><strong>Necessary conditions</strong></p><p>Language skills: Fluent in Cantonese (required); able to communicate and write technical documents in Mandarin and English.</p><p>Working qualifications: Must hold a Hong Kong permanent resident identity card, or hold a valid visa that allows independent work in Hong Kong (such as a talent visa, excellent talent entry program, etc.), and do not need company sponsorship to apply for a work visa.</p><p>Experience and skills:</p><p></p><p>Familiar with GPS Stratum 0, PPS/10MHz clock distribution and NTP architecture.</p><p>Have the ability to operate and maintain old equipment (such as: analog CCTV, early recording equipment, PS/2 interface)</p><p>Able to operate test instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and frequency counters with ease.</p><p></p><p><strong></strong></p><p>Have circuit board repair skills (such as: using a soldering iron, heat gun for component replacement and welding)</p><p>Have integration experience of analog and IP mixed video systems.</p><p>Have large call center or monitoring center operations and SLA management experience.</p><p>Hold professional certifications in low voltage, RF antennas or time synchronization.</p><p>Willing to cooperate with shift work and accept emergency calls.</p><p><strong>Education and other requirements</strong></p><p>College degree or above, majoring in electronics, communications, information and other related fields, or with equivalent practical experience.</p><p></p><p>The interview process will include technical implementation tests (such as coaxial fault diagnosis, PPS/10MHz measurement, oscilloscope operation) and situational question and answer.</p>
