Junior Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:<br>4.5 days work week, basic sales skills required<br>- Collaborate to promote B2B and B2C one-stop human resources platform, enhance market awareness and user coverage<br>- Support customers to smoothly transition to MPFA and EMPF management platforms, providing operation guidance and technical assistance<br>- Assist commercial and individual customers in restructuring and reviewing their assets and risk allocation, providing professional advice<br>- Collaborate with internal teams to collect and analyze customer needs, and optimize products and service processes<br>- Participate in business expansion activities, support sales teams to achieve their goals, and establish long-term customer relationships<br>Requirements:<br>- Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related fields are preferred<br>-Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to effectively handle customer inquiries and needs<br>-Familiar with human resources, financial planning or related industry knowledge, with basic risk management concepts<br>- Have writing and expression skills in Chinese and English, able to write professional reports and conduct<br>PowerPoint presentation<br>- Enthusiastic and positive, with good stress resistance and team spirit
