Job Responsibilities:
- Daily management of the laboratory, arranging workstations for laboratory personnel, and proper placement of equipment.
- Maintenance and operation training of 3D printers.
- Manage and handle hazardous chemicals used in the laboratory according to the safety regulations of the Science Park RCC Laboratory, conduct regular inspections, and strictly implement storage and distribution procedures.
- Ensure the safe use and maintenance of laser equipment, drilling and milling machines, cutting machines, and grinding machines.
- Procurement and daily management of laboratory tools and consumables (3D printing, resins).
- Repair and maintenance of other laboratory equipment, instruments, and tools.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Biology, Materials Science, or Basic Medicine, with laboratory work experience and familiarity with biochemical analysis or materials characterization experiments.
- Familiarity with laboratory management procedures and the use and maintenance of various laboratory instruments.
- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong sense of service, diligent and responsible, proactive and meticulous in work.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, and a good team spirit.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least two years of laboratory work experience in mechanics, materials or basic medicine, including experience in the use and maintenance of 3D printers.
2. Familiar with laboratory management work procedures, familiar with the use and maintenance of various experimental instruments
3. .Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
4. Have strong communication and coordination skills, good team spirit, strong service awareness, serious and responsible work attitude, positive and progressive, and attention to detail.
