Business Development and Promotion Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development and Promotion Assistant to support our expansion efforts in Mainland China. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience in business development within the Chinese market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business plans for Mainland China operations, ensuring organized execution of all business activities

- Evaluate business performance in Mainland China and provide strategic improvement recommendations

- Monitor and track business progress to ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule

- Conduct market research on competitor operations and analyze market trends in Mainland China

- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners

- Serve as a communication bridge between Mainland China and Hong Kong teams

- Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies for the Chinese market

- Prepare regular business reports and performance analyses

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in Mainland China market

- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)

- Knowledge of Cantonese is highly preferred

- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Willingness to travel to Mainland China as required

- Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus
