Our mission: to nurture creativity, critical thinking, and real-world problem solving in kids.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a creative, self-driven <strong>Marketing & Growth Executive</strong> to lead and execute our marketing strategy. If you love working with purpose, enjoy crafting content, and want to make an impact on education, we’d love to meet you.</p><p>This is not just a support role—you will help <strong>shape our brand</strong>, <strong>run digital campaigns</strong>, and <strong>grow our community of parents and schools.</strong></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p><strong>Social Media & Content</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage IG, Facebook & LinkedIn: create and schedule posts, stories, reels</p></li><li><p>Write bilingual (Chinese + English) content tailored for HK parents and educators</p></li><li><p>Shoot quick videos, take photos during classes/field trips (with our support)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Campaigns & Strategy</strong></p><ul><li><p>Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (e.g. Summer, Back to School, Open Days)</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain a 3-month content calendar</p></li><li><p>Support both B2B (school outreach) and B2C (parent) marketing funnels</p></li></ul><p><strong>SEO & Web</strong></p><ul><li><p>Write keyword-optimized blog posts and web copy</p></li><li><p>Improve search visibility and support Google Ads/Analytics if experienced</p></li></ul><p><strong>Performance & Growth</strong></p><ul><li><p>Set and track KPIs (engagement, followers, leads, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Report insights monthly and suggest improvements</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><p>1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content</p></li><li><p>Strong writing skills in English and Traditional Chinese</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of HK parent and school audience</p></li><li><p>Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite</p></li><li><p>Basic SEO knowledge (Google Console, Ahrefs or similar) will be a plus</p></li><li><p>Creative, independent, and excited about STEAM and education</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li><p>Meaningful work with a mission-driven education team</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to grow with us as we expand across HK</p></li><li><p>Flexible freelance/part-time hybrid setup (3 days in-office)</p></li><li><p>Supportive and creative work culture</p></li></ul>
