Job Responsibilities:
2. Communicate with customers, understand their needs, discover their purchasing intentions, and facilitate their transactions;
3. Continuously provide satisfactory services to existing customers, strengthen trust relationships and customer loyalty, and drive sales growth;
4. According to the tasks assigned by the superior, independently formulate and implement detailed business plans, maintain sales progress, and regularly report progress to the superior;
5. Apply strategies and techniques in the sales process, and negotiate with business partners, surgeons, hospital administrators and purchasing departments;
6. Use products and clinical knowledge to demonstrate and explain products;
7. Provide information, advice and training to medical and surgical professionals, and clinical support to the operating room when necessary;
8. Prepare orders for customers and follow up on order implementation, chase payment, and shorten the accounts receivable cycle;
9. Attend professional conferences, seminars and business meetings, identify potential new customers and expand customer contact.
Requirements:
2. Have at least 2 years of international medical device related product sales/marketing work experience;
3. Language ability: English as a working language (reference CET6, IELTS>6, TOEFL>78, BEC>V) ;
4. Excellent language expression and persuasion skills;
5. Excellent product demonstrations and marketing skills;
6. Interpersonal relationship skills: Like to establish and maintain connections with customers;
8. Excellent organizational and coordination skills and analytical and judgmental abilities;
9. Have some negotiation skills;
10. Adapt to overseas business trips and cross-time zone work.
