Senior Engineer (MEP/MVAC)

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the planning, design, procurement, and execution of building services systems.</li><li>Act as the primary technical expert, providing guidance to the project team and liaising with all stakeholders.</li><li>Manage and review the work of consultants and contractors to ensure design and installation align with project goals.</li><li>Oversee the creation of design and tender documents, managing the procurement and construction phases.</li><li>Implement robust controls for project progress, quality, and budget.</li><li>Report directly to the Project Director.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Approximately 5 years of relevant project management experience in building development.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Chinese.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and independent working skills.</li><li>Professional membership (e.g., HKIE, CIBSE) is preferred.</li><li>Experience with R&D offices, institutional, or laboratory buildings is a distinct advantage.</li></ul><p><strong>Please contact us at 9099 6673 if you are interested!</strong></p>
