Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service, understand customer needs and achieve sales targets
Handle customer complaints according to company procedures
Assist in maintaining the company's daily operations
Assist in newcomer training plan
Maintain good relationships with customers and be able to expand your customer base through different social media platforms
Complete other tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Second 5 or above
Good language communication skills (Mandarin, Cantonese)
One year of sales experience, those with different industry sales experience will be given priority
Passionate and proactive, good communication skills and sales skills
Responsibility and team spirit
