Responsible for daily administrative support work, including file sorting, data input, meeting scheduling and recording, reception of incoming calls and visitors;
Assist the supervisor in handling schedule management and itinerary coordination, schedule meetings, travel arrangements and related logistics.
Work requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common office software, with basic information system operation skills;
Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, and be able to handle daily communication and document work in both languages;
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, strong time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deliver on time;
One or more years of relevant administrative or secretarial work experience, fresh graduates who perform well in their internships may also be considered.
