<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p></p></li><li><p>Coordinate and communicate with suppliers for negotiation, strictly control product quality and cost performance.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Supervise wine display standards and serving procedures, guide the team to execute professional decanting, pouring, etc. operations, and improve service efficiency and consistency.</p></li><li><p>Provide one-on-one beverage suggestions to guests based on their meal combinations, personal tastes, and budgets, and recommend suitable wine varieties, explain the wine's production background, brewing characteristics, and tasting techniques, and deepen the customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Collect customer feedback, continuously optimize wine list structure and service details, plan personalized service projects such as private wine cellar management and customized wine lists, and enhance member loyalty.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the kitchen team to co-develop and optimize wine and food pairing solutions, and enhance the overall dining experience.</p></li><li><p>Prepare a wine purchase budget, control cost expenses, and ensure that it does not exceed the budget; regularly submit reports on wine sales, inventory status, and budget execution to support management decision-making.</p></li></ul><p> Work requirements:</p><ul><li><p>At least hold the international recognized intermediate wine certification provided by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) (Level 2 Award in Wines)</p></li><li><p>Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to face high-end customer groups with a professional attitude.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with wine and various alcoholic beverages, those with basic brewing, regional and tasting theory foundation are especially good.</p></li><li><p>Master basic wine cellar management skills, understand temperature and humidity control, storage conditions and inventory management principles.</p></li><li><p>Have some data analysis skills, be able to read sales reports and perform basic financial management.</p></li><li><p>Able to adapt to shift work, including peak hours for lunch and dinner.</p></li><li><p>Location: High-end private club</p></li><li><p>Monthly 6 days off, Labor Day, preferential treatment, negotiable</p></li></ul>
