Responsibilities:

Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

Prepare operation report, management report and customer report

Perform equipment and cable installations, decommission outdated hardware, and maintain a tidy workspace.

Handle incidents, solve problems, and escalate complex issues

Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all tasks.

Participate in training workshops and on-the-job learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

At least 5 years in I.T. including 3 years’ experience in data center operations

Familiarity with data center operations and structured cabling is preferred, but enthusiasm to learn is equally important.

Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

A disciplined, self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to work and problem-solving.
