Responsible for the daily operation of the food production line, ensuring that all production tasks are completed on time and of high quality.
Develop and optimize production plans and processes, improve overall production efficiency and resource utilization.
Supervise the maintenance and repair of production equipment, coordinate engineering technicians to handle sudden failures, and ensure continuous production.
Implement food safety and sanitation management standards to ensure that all operations comply with HACCP, GMP, etc. regulations.
Lead the production team, conduct personnel allocation, performance evaluation, and on-site management to create a safe and efficient work environment.
Work requirements
Hold a diploma or above in food science, biotechnology, chemical engineering or related fields.
Have at least five years of food manufacturing industry production management experience, familiar with canning, freezing, baking or beverage production processes, with a focus on one of them.
Proficient in ISO 22000, HACCP, etc. food safety management systems, and have actual implementation experience.
Have good leadership skills and communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, and solve on-site problems.
Pay attention to details, have data analysis skills, and be able to continuously improve based on indicators such as production capacity and yield.
