<p> Position: Human Resources Manager <br><br> Our client is a private enterprise with diversified business operations spanning education, property management, and e-commerce. In response to ongoing business expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their dynamic team. <br><br> Job Responsibilities </p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle HR support functions, including payroll processing, Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contributions, annual tax reporting, compensation & benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, and work visa applications.</li><li>Lead performance management initiatives, salary review cycles, and the design and implementation of employee incentive programs.</li><li>Oversee personnel administration, including staff transfers, maintenance of employee records, HR information system management, and pre-employment background checks.</li><li>Develop, enhance, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and operational workflows specific to the Hong Kong entity.</li><li>Execute strategic and operational HR objectives as directed by senior management, while managing day-to-day HR and administrative tasks efficiently.</li></ul><p><br> Requirements </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources roles.</li><li>Prior experience within international schools or the education sector is highly desirable.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong’s Employment Ordinance, Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance, and other relevant labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination abilities with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to task management.</li><li>Familiarity with formal business etiquette and excellent interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in HR management systems, ERP platforms (e.g., UFIDA, Kingdee), and standard office software including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.</li><li>Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is required.</li></ul>
