Job Description
Secondment Contract (1 year)
- Responsible in accounts payable, payment process and expense reimbursement
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures
- Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing payment cheques and FPS payment
- Pay vendors by scheduling pay cheques
- Prepare vouchers, monthly provision, pre-payment and accrual entries
- Prepare monthly payment reports and corresponding variance analysis
- Assist in maintaining the Payment System under the General Ledger System
- Continue to improve the payment process
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Dept Head
- Higher diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines
- Qualification in accounting discipline eg LCCI
- Preferably with min 1 year of accounting experience ( preferably in banking field ); fresh graduate with accounting academic background can also be considered
- Knowledge in Chinese & English Windows (Word, Excel etc)
- Good commas of both English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Fluent in spoken Mandarin amd Cantonese is a must
