Responsibilities\n\n * Inspect, monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works in the residential properties managed by the Corporation\n * Devise maintenance plan and prepare annual budget for maintenance works\n * Monitor and record all aspects of maintenance programmes, prepare relevant monthly reports, such as system breakdown, job card evaluation and electricity consumption\n * Enforce safety for works carried out by direct labours, term workers and contractors\n * Attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and the Owners’ Committee meetings to address technical enquiries and issues Requirements\n\n * Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years\u2019 relevant experience; OR * Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate with a minimum of 5 years\u2019 relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level\n * Possession of Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker * Sound maintenance experience in electrical systems, plumbing and drainage, builder\u2019s works and other building services\n * Solid experience in property management and taking over of properties is an advantage
