Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection of the corporate information, managing and updating company intranet, the website development and updates;
Assist in the corporate information and brochure productions and updates;
Assist in guest visits arrangements and organizing various corporate events;
Assist in enhancing the brand awareness of the brands under the group;
Assist in press release drafting and dispatch, maintaining relationships with the media and manage media enquiries;
Other assigned duties from the supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above in Communications, Translations, Marketing or other related disciplines;
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in the field of corporate communications or media relations preferable;
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office;
Good communication, coordination and organization skills, high proficiency in written Chinese and English;
Detail minded, good teamwork spirit and able to work under pressure.
