Site Supervisor / Site Manager (25K-35K)(Office fit-out project)

Our client is a well-known Fitting-out contractor in Hong Kong. They are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project management includes programming, cost & quality control, site management and contract documentation
• Conduct project on-site supervision, monitor & report project progress
• Outdoor site checking for workmanship and progress of projects
• Prepare site documents and reports
• Communicate with consultant, contractor, client of the project for company products and site issue

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experienceinFitting-out (Office / Workplace) project
• Holder of safety certificate is highly preferable
• Capable to oversee site operation independently
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good communication and leadership skill
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Ms Office
