Mortgage Loan Officer

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop and review mortgage/credit loan product(s)</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>Review and follow up of mortgage loan applications, including documentation and operation support</p></li><li><p>Follow up with clients, mortgage agency and in-house sales</p></li><li><p>Identify risk and prepare risk reports to management on a regular basis</p></li><li><p>Perform ad hoc assignments</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree holder in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance or relevant discipline</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2 years' solid experience in marketing, credit and loan administration, exposure to mortgage loan is definitely advantage</p></li><li><p>Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player</p></li><li><p>Clear written and spoken English</p></li><li><p>Good in both spoken Mandarin and written Chinese is a plus</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in PC applications</p></li></ul>
