Job descriptions:
* Supervise and ensure that all frontline staff provide quality services to guests
* Carry out all check-in and check-out services in a professional manner
* Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints with courteous and friendly manner
Job requirements: * Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is preferred
* 2-3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
* Pleasant, customer oriented and work independently under pressure
* Good interpersonal and communication skills & good command of English and Chinese
* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer
