Online Shop Administrative Assistant

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring website smooth operation and user shopping experience
• Execute product listing, editing, and optimize product listing content, including images, descriptions, prices, etc. information
• Handle order processing, including order confirmation, shipping arrangements, and logistics tracking
• Assist the warehouse department in operations, improve delivery efficiency and optimize internal processes
• Establish and implement a quality control mechanism to ensure that the products shipped meet the standards
• Perform system data classification, organization, input and archiving to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Prepare and verify various types of documents, such as invoices, delivery orders, and inventory records
• Support customer service work, handle inquiries, returns and complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Regularly inspect website content and functionality, coordinate with technical staff for necessary maintenance and updates

• Work carefully, be proactive, and handle things maturely, with a strong sense of responsibility and time awareness
• Have good self-discipline and work efficiency, be able to complete tasks independently and on time
• Familiar with e-commerce operations, those with online store platform or logistics-related experience are given priority
• Have basic computer skills, be familiar with Excel, Word and other office software and data processing skills
• Good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English (with Chinese as the main language)
• Able to cooperate with the team, while also having the ability to solve problems independently
