Decorative Engineering Management Officer:
1. Responsible for managing the daily operation of the site, supervising and guiding the interior decoration engineering process, ensuring project progress, quality and safe construction;
2. Responsible for managing construction site workers, as well as material counting, inspection, storage and preservation;
3. Responsible for supervising and coordinating the contractors and suppliers in the execution of the project;
4. Responsible for reporting work progress to the supervisor and submitting engineering reports, project summaries, etc.;
5. Responsible for handling site files and reports;
6. Complete other work tasks assigned by the supervisor;
Site construction management assistant:
1. Responsible for technical work within the general site range
2. Assist the supervisor in managing the construction site;
3. Responsible for assisting the supervisor in collecting site files, change letters, etc.;
4. Complete other work tasks assigned by the supervisor;
Qualifications:
1. Age 25-35; Associate's degree or above, majoring in civil engineering and engineering management;
2. More than 3 to 5 years of experience in decoration and renovation;
3. Familiar with decorative materials, construction processes, construction standards and acceptance criteria;
4. Have strong communication skills, organizational and coordination skills, attention to detail, hard-working, and strong execution ability;
5. Familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of decorative engineering, domestic decorative engineering project work experience is preferred.
