Independent sales company core products, including AI-driven quantitative strategy funds, customized market value management solutions and full-cycle asset allocation services.
According to customer risk preference, liquidity demand and long-term goals, provide professional consultation and solution design, and coordinate with the investment and research team to complete on-the-ground execution.
Continuously follow up on customer asset performance and market changes, proactively optimize service strategies, and improve customer retention rate, repurchase rate, and referral rate.
Participate in business ecosystem construction, have the opportunity to develop subordinates or connect external partners, and promote the landing and scale expansion of the "business partner" model.
Requirements:
Have more than 3 years of experience in financial sales, wealth management, private equity funds or securities firm institutional business, familiar with the mainstream capital markets at home and abroad, and their operation rules and supervision frameworks.
Have stable and high-quality high net worth customer resources or institutional channel network, which can quickly start business and achieve performance transformation.
Have basic knowledge of AI quantification technology, market value management logic and digital asset markets, strong learning willingness, able to understand and communicate the core value of products.
Results-oriented thinking is prominent, good at autonomously planning time and goals, and possessing excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer trust-building abilities.
