Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the investment and development manager in achieving the company's expansion plan goals
2. Study population, consumer flow, transportation infrastructure, and household statistics to identify potential business expansion sites and promote store opening rates
3. Compare the market environment, rent, and competitors in the fresh food industry
4. Follow up on the rental situation of the store, including negotiation, signing, renewal, etc
5. Communicate and coordinate with real estate developers, owners, real estate agents, and other parties to maintain good relationships
6. Coordinate with property owners, management companies, engineering departments, and contractors on matters such as construction, decoration, and renovation projects
7. Responsible for finding suitable franchisees and providing consultation and professional guidance services on leasing matters
8. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
Job requirements:
1. Three years or more of work experience in investment and development, with priority given to those with experience in investment and development in the fresh food or retail industry
2. Possess a strong business network and be familiar with the operations of real estate developers, homeowners, real estate agents, government departments, etc
3. Possess knowledge of business district planning, investment expansion, and store location selection
4. Possess strong market perception ability, keenly grasp market dynamics and directions
5. Familiar with leasing procedures and required legal documents
6. Familiar with computer operations, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Viso software
7. Possess excellent negotiation skills and communication abilities
8. Good ability to withstand pressure
