2.2 Job Introduction
RO basic work range:
Strategic planning involves participating in the development and implementation of investment strategies that align with the company's goals.
Fund management supervises fund applications, serves as fund manager, and ensures compliance with the Securities Regulatory Commission's rules.
Risk assessment monitors transaction activities and conducts regular compliance reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Investment research conducts a comprehensive study of bond investments and provides information for strategic decision-making.
Regulatory liaison as the main contact person with the Securities Regulatory Commission, handling all regulatory documents and communications.
Product authorization is led by the Securities Regulatory Commission to obtain necessary approvals and establish a fund operation system.
2.3 Qualifications and other requirements
1) Qualifications: Qualified Securities Regulatory Commission (SRC) representatives of classes 4 and 9, able to fulfill the responsibilities of the RO position.
2) Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
3) Professional experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in fund establishment, operation and fundraising, those with investment research or fund product sales experience are preferred.
4) Regulatory knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Securities Regulatory Commission and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's regulatory, risk management and compliance best practices.
5) Personal qualities: Strong stress resistance, multitasking ability, and excellent analysis, leadership, and communication skills, as well as team collaboration ability.
6) Language skills: Fluent Mandarin and English written and oral communication, able to effectively communicate with different stakeholders.

2.2 Role Description
Key Responsibilities of the RO:
● Strategy Development: Participate in formulating and implementing investment strategies aligned with company objectives.
● Fund Management: Oversee fund applications, act as Fund Manager, and ensure strict compliance with Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) regulations.
● Risk Assessment: Monitor trading activities and conduct regular compliance reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks.
● Investment Research: Conduct comprehensive research on bond investments to inform strategic decision-making.
● Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the primary contact with the SFC, handling all regulatory filings and correspondence.
● Product Authorization: Lead the process of obtaining necessary approvals from the SFC and establishing fund operational systems.

Licensing: Qualified SFC Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) Licensed Representative, capable of discharging RO responsibilities.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
● Experience: 1-5 years of experience in fund establishment, operations, and fundraising. Preference given to candidates with investment research or fund distribution/sales experience.
● Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SFC and HKEX regulations, risk management frameworks, and compliance best practices.
● Personal Attributes: Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Must be a collaborative team player.
● Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English, with demonstrated capability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
