Handle bets, answer inquiries, verify accounts, and perform simple record-keeping tasks through phone or hotline
Job Responsibilities:
Through the Jockey Club's designated telephone hotline, professionally and accurately handle customers' horse racing and sports betting matters, ensuring that each transaction complies with regulations and internal operating guidelines.
Instantly respond to customer inquiries about account balances, betting records, payout results, and betting rules, providing clear, friendly, and empathetic service.
Thoroughly verify customer identity and account information, execute basic risk control procedures, including identification and reporting of abnormal betting patterns, to ensure customer assets and institutional compliance and security.
Follow standard procedures to complete simple electronic record keeping tasks, including call summaries, complaints or special event notes, to ensure system data is complete and traceable.
Support team operations, participate in regular service training and simulation exercises, continuously improve communication skills, product knowledge and response ability, and support service needs during peak periods and large-scale events.
Requirements:
Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate for a long time on the phone in a natural and appropriate tone; those with basic Mandarin or English listening skills are preferred (but not necessary).
No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, fresh graduates and job seekers are welcome to apply; those with call center, customer service and financial related experience will be given priority.
Have a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail, be able to accurately handle multiple parallel tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintain stable emotions and service quality.
Familiar with basic computer operations (such as Windows system, browser and internal applications), willing to accept systemized training and quickly master the Jockey Club's dedicated betting platform.
Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependents' visa or other legal work qualifications in Hong Kong.
