<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>As a blockchain compliance officer, you will be the core member responsible for ensuring the compliant operation of our overseas custodial wallet business. You will not only be responsible for writing clear and rigorous product compliance documents, but also need to have the ability to handle sudden security incidents (such as user theft of funds and fraud). You will directly collaborate with our overseas team to ensure that our products and services comply with relevant international laws and standards, and protect our company and users' assets and information security.</p><p></p><p><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1. Compliance document and process construction:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for writing, reviewing and maintaining compliance documents related to the hosted wallet product, including but not limited to user agreements, privacy policies, AML/CFT policies, risk assessment reports, etc.</p></li><li><p>Translate complex compliance requirements into clear, executable product needs and technical specifications, and collaborate with product and technical teams to implement them.</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>2. Event response and user support:</strong></p><ul><li><p>As a core member, participate in handling emergency events involving user asset security, such as: hacker attacks, user private key loss, theft of currency, fraud, etc.</p></li><li><p>Lead or assist in event investigation, evidence collection, and analysis, and work closely with technical, customer service, and legal teams to develop response strategies.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for communicating with affected users and providing solutions within the authorized scope to minimize user losses and reputation risks.</p></li><li><p>Write a detailed event report and push for subsequent process improvements to prevent future occurrences.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Daily compliance operations:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Execute daily customer due diligence (KYC) and transaction monitoring, identify and report suspicious activities. </p></li><li><p>Assist in completing inquiries and reporting to regulatory agencies, partners and auditors.</p></li><li><p>Continuously track global (especially the business region) on the latest legal and regulatory dynamics of digital currencies and virtual asset service providers (VASPs), and conduct internal sharing and risk assessment.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Education and experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above, law, finance, computer science and other related fields are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Have<strong>1 year or above</strong> In the blockchain industry, financial institutions or technology companies related to compliance, risk control or security operations. <strong>Applicants with custodial wallet or exchange compliance experience are preferred.</strong></p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Core competencies:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Excellent document writing skills:</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Powerful event handling ability:</strong> Have a calm and clear head, be able to handle safety emergencies efficiently under high pressure, strong in logical thinking and analysis. </p></li><li><p><strong>Technical understanding:</strong> Have a basic understanding of blockchain foundation technologies (such as public and private keys, hosted and non-hosted wallets, transaction processes), and be able to communicate smoothly with technical teams.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Personal traits:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong sense of responsibility, high sensitivity to safety and risk.</p></li><li><p>Have excellent communication and coordination skills and team spirit.</p></li><li><p>Able to adapt to the fast-paced international work environment, with good learning abilities and adaptability.</p></li></ul></li></ul>
