Business Analyst (Supply Chain Systems)

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system improvements, process optimization, and new technology implementations
• Conduct end-to-end process mapping across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions
• Support the design, testing, and deployment of supply chain systems including ERP, WMS, TMS, and related digital tools by translating business needs into functional specifications
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation such as requirement traceability matrices, process flow diagrams, user stories, and system configuration guides
• Act as a liaison between IT teams, operations, vendors, and senior management to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and key performance indicators such as order fulfillment cycle time, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery rates
• Familiarity with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, CBX, etc
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
