(Senior) Clerk / Officer

<p>Job Description</p><p>1. Keep close contact with customers and provide quality services</p><p>2. Prepare quotes and issue invoices to customers</p><p>3. Coordinate with all parties to review and ensure the accuracy of invoices and proof of payment</p><p>4. Coordinate daily operations and administrative support</p><p>5. Manage operational equipment inventory, such as uniforms, stationery, personal equipment, etc. </p><p>6. Process temporary assignments from your supervisor</p><p></p><p>At least 2 years of relevant experience, 5 years of relevant experience or above can apply for a Senior position</p>
