Job Responsibilities:
2. Able to accept long-term on-site customer (large cultural venues, commercial complexes), provide real-time technical support according to the customer's actual operating hours;
3. Process common desktop faults, covering Windows operating system settings, application abnormalities, network connection problems and user account management;
4. Perform basic hardware diagnostics and maintenance, including PCs, printers, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), scanners, and other peripherals, to locate and fix simple faults.
Requirements:
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hireback arrangement (IANG), dependent entry visa or other legal work permit;
Have information technology, computer science, network engineering or related field background, regardless of academic qualifications, and value practical abilities;
With 2 years or more of on-site IT support or system maintenance experience, those who have provided technical support at large venues, retail chains, electronic payments, ticketing systems or large-scale events are especially suitable;
Proficient in Windows desktop environment, able to handle system settings, driver updates, security settings, and basic remote support tools independently;
Have Cantonese communication skills, be able to coordinate basic technical and understand documents in English and Mandarin, and have good service awareness and cross-team collaboration skills.
Working hours:
Weekly five days: do five days off, with typesetting and shift work
