Cold air conditioning and HVAC Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising and managing the daily operation, maintenance and repair of the central air conditioning system and related equipment, ensuring the system runs stably and efficiently.

• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan for the air conditioning system, regularly inspect equipment conditions, and detect and address potential problems early.

• Record and organize all maintenance, repair and testing reports, establish a complete equipment management file, and provide future reference and review.

• In the event of a sudden failure, quickly respond and lead the team to conduct emergency repairs to restore the system to normal operation as soon as possible and minimize the impact on the office environment.

Work requirements

• Have at least 10 years of experience in air conditioning systems as a supervisor, or

• Hold a certificate in air conditioning, electrical or building equipment, with at least 3 years of experience in managing air conditioning systems.

• Must hold a valid safety card and construction worker registration certificate, and comply with the local construction industry safety regulations.

• Must hold a professional B-grade registered electrical engineering license or above.

• Proficient in Cantonese, able to clearly communicate instructions and technical details.

Benefits

• Monthly salary ranges from HKD 35,000 to 50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

• Working six days a week, 10 hours a day (08:00 to 18:00), including overtime allowance.
