<br>Job Responsibilities<br>

<li>Provide professional consultation services to customers for various types of Hong Kong visas and identity renewal, including but not limited to work visas, dependent visas, student visas, Inputting Talented Persons from the Mainland Plan (ASMTP), and Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS).</li>
<li>Based on the customer's personal situation, evaluate the eligibility for renewal, develop appropriate application strategies, and assist in preparing a complete application package.</li>
<li>Maintain close communication with customers, answer their questions during the renewal process, and ensure a smooth application process.</li>
<li>Follow up on case progress, coordinate with Immigration Department and other relevant agencies, and respond promptly to requests for additional information or inquiries.</li>
<li>Regularly update your understanding of Hong Kong's entry policies and regulations to ensure that the advice you provide is in compliance with the latest legal requirements.</li>
</ul>
Work requirements<ul>
<li>Familiar with Hong Kong's various visa policies and entry regulations, those with relevant legal, immigration consulting or human resources experience are preferred.</li>
<li>Have solid skills in file writing and case management, able to handle multiple cases independently and ensure data accuracy.</li>
<li>Work carefully and responsibly, with a high level of confidentiality, and be able to handle customer personal data and sensitive information properly.</li>
<li>Applicants with local recognition qualifications or who have completed immigration law-related training will be given priority, those with professional certification (such as licensed trustees or company service providers) are even better.</li>
