Overview

Chinasoft International is hiring a Backend Developer / QA Support to join our technical team supporting digital transformation projects in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will focus on back-end service development using Spring Boot, interact with relational databases like MS SQL and MySQL, and participate in test execution to ensure system robustness and data accuracy.

This role is ideal for junior to mid-level developers looking to grow their backend and testing expertise in a structured, high-impact public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Spring Boot

• Write clean, efficient SQL queries for MS SQL and MySQL databases

• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing using Postman and Selenium

• Support bug tracking, resolution, and documentation in collaboration with the QA team

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and technical discussions

• Maintain and update test cases and related documentation

• Assist in deployment, version control, and post-release testing

• Ensure backend services meet performance and security requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in backend development or test execution

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, SQL scripting, and relational database management

• Familiarity with Postman for API testing and Selenium for automation testing

• Understanding of RESTful API design and service integration

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment

• Experience in Agile development is a plus
