Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for welcoming customers, providing warm and attentive dining services, and ensuring a pleasant and satisfactory dining experience for customers
• According to standard procedures, take orders, serve food, and process bills, accurately record customer needs and maintain good communication with the kitchen
• Keep the restaurant environment clean and hygienic, including table and chair arrangement, dishware placement, and work area cleaning
• Assist with the opening and closing of the market, such as preparing napkins, replenishing condiments, and checking equipment operation

Work requirements

• Secondary school graduation or above, with basic Cantonese communication skills, those who understand Mandarin can be given priority
• Applicants with dining or customer service experience are preferred, but those with no experience can also apply. The company provides on-the-job training.
• Attitude is friendly and polite, with good service awareness and team spirit
• Able to adapt to shift work, including lunch, dinner, weekends and public holidays
• Good physical condition, need long periods of standing and walking, and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure
