Services Engineer_ Data Centre

Responsibilities:

• To arrange and coordinate HVAC system maintenance and repair works

• To supervise project schedule and budget per contract requirements

• To prepare service proposal, tendering documents, quotati on, technical

report per customer requests

• To monitor fi eld staff and sub -contractor performance as well as site

management

• To perform failure analysis, IR reporti ng and documentati on, PM scheduling,

etc

• To maintain accurate records of maintenance acti viti es and repairs

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or other

engineering discipline

• Possess 2 years’ relevant working experience in parti cipati on of E&M /

Environmental Projects / Building Services Contracts

• Good command of both writt en and spoken English and Chinese

• Good communicati on and interpersonal skills

• Self moti vated, Independent and able to work under pressure
