<li>Have good leadership skills, able to effectively lead the team to achieve service goals</li>
<li>Have employee training experience, able to develop simple and practical training materials and follow-up mechanisms</li>
<li>React quickly and calmly, and be able to maintain efficient and orderly on-site management during peak hours</li>
