Business Executive

Duties:

1. Match customer needs and provide professional cloud computing services, consultation and solution recommendations;

2. Follow up on the entire customer project process, coordinate with technical, pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure efficient service delivery;

3. Process business orders, contract signing, payment, and follow-up services, maintain customer relationships;

4. Sort customer feedback, assist in optimizing service processes and product iterations;

5. Participate in market activities, industry exhibitions, etc., assist in brand promotion and potential customer discovery.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 2 to 3 years of business/sales work experience in the Internet industry, familiar with the cloud computing industry is preferred;

2. Fluent in English, which can be used as a daily working language;

3. Good image, cheerful and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and customer service awareness;

4. Clear logic, strong sense of responsibility, and able to efficiently coordinate multiple resources to solve problems;

5. Have Hong Kong residency/work status, familiar with the local industry circle in Hong Kong.
