Job Description
Duties:
1. Familiar with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's listing rules, Hong Kong's relevant regulatory policies and laws and regulations on listed companies.
2. Participate in capital operation planning and implementation, covering M&A restructuring, equity financing, asset restructuring, and market value management. Design the best capital operation plan, promote project efficiency, and achieve the goal of increasing market value.
3. Lead overseas fundraising-related work, build and maintain overseas investment institutions, investment banks, funds, etc. Capital pipeline, complete fundraising scheme planning, roadshow, negotiation and fund settlement.
4. Track capital market dynamics and regulatory policy changes, provide professional advice to the company's strategic decision-making and capital deployment, and avoid capital market and compliance risks.
Requirements:
1. Professional background: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, law, accounting, etc., those with relevant qualifications in Hong Kong's capital market are preferred.
