Business development and performance achievement<br>- Actively develop new customers (such as corporate customers, high net worth individuals), formulate annual/qtr sales plans and achieve targets<br>- Analyze customer needs, design customized financial solutions (such as combination insurance, corporate group insurance), and provide professional planning advice<br>- Lead important contract negotiations (such as policy amount adjustments, clause negotiations), and handle complex insurance cases (cross-border policies, high-risk assets)<br>- Monitor team/personal KPIs (such as new business premium, retention rate), and propose improvement strategies<br><br></div><div>2. Customer relationship management<br>- Maintain high-value customer relationships, regularly review policy content and recommend add-ons or upgrades<br>- Independently handle customer complaints and disputes (such as compensation disputes, contract interpretation), coordinate with legal or underwriting departments to resolve<br>- Organize high-end customer activities (such as tax and accounting lectures, VIP roundtable discussions) to enhance brand loyalty<br><br><br>3. Market strategy and analysis<br>- Research regional market trends (such as retirement planning, electric vehicle insurance demand), and adjust sales strategies<br>- Lead competitive product analysis (rate, terms comparison)<br>- Use CRM system to predict customer lifetime value (LTV), prioritize high-potential customer groups for development<br><br>4. Compliance and risk management<br>- Ensure sales processes are compliant (such as the duty to provide truthful information), and prevent moral risks<br>- Review the policy documents prepared by the assistant, sign the final confirmation (especially for large policies)<br>- Regularly attend compliance training (such as anti-money laundering), lead the team to comply with regulatory requirements<br><br>5.
