Duties:
1. Design and implement business expansion and sales strategy, achieve key performance indicators and various management goals of the branch.
2. Maintain and manage partnerships with local carriers, airlines, suppliers and charter agents; strictly implement all instructions from headquarters and establish an efficient internal control mechanism.
4. Coordinate the daily operation and administrative affairs of the branch, ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
5. Serve as the main point of contact between Hengyong Group and local customers, partners and agencies, responsible for daily business communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 to 7 years of sales and team management experience in the freight forwarding industry.
3. Have sharp market insight, excellent organizational and management skills, excellent communication and expression skills, and good team collaboration awareness.
4. In-depth understanding of the digital freight forwarding industry landscape and development trends, with relevant industry awareness.
6. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; Proficient in Mandarin reading, writing and typing, as a bonus.
