Job Responsibilities

• Develop potential customer resources, promote the company's aluminum window inspection and installation engineering related services through telephone, network and face-to-face visits, etc., introduce product and service advantages.

• Assist customers to understand the importance and professional process of aluminum window inspection, provide customized advice and solutions according to customer needs, and improve the closing rate.

• Participate in market research activities, collect the latest industry information, analyze competitor dynamics, and propose feasible business improvement suggestions to enhance market competitiveness.

• Regularly follow up on completed customers to ensure service quality meets standards, maintain customer satisfaction, and establish long-term stable partnerships.

• Cooperate with the team to achieve the overall sales target, actively participate in the business training and meetings arranged by the company, and continuously improve your personal professional ability and sales skills.

Work requirements

• Have secondary three education or above, high school graduation is preferred; those with sales or customer service experience are especially good, and those with no experience can also apply.

• Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, be able to clearly express professional content and effectively handle customer inquiries and objections.

• Have basic market insight and learning ability, and be willing to actively learn aluminum window engineering related knowledge, enhance professional quality.

• Responsibility, high self-discipline, team spirit, and the ability to maintain a positive work attitude under pressure.

• Fluent in Cantonese, understanding of English and Mandarin is even better, making it easier to communicate with different customers.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meeting the local work visa requirements.

• Working hours are usually from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and the actual work schedule can be discussed.
