Branch Assistant

Real estate data processing, co-promotion and publicity work, market analysis, etc. Basic computer operations and mobile phone filming and editing are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the systematization, updating and maintenance of the branch's real estate information, ensuring information accuracy, timeliness and ease of retrieval, and supporting the sales team's efficient operations.

• Assist in promoting and publicizing the work, including designing simple publicity copy, creating social media post materials, decorating branch display areas and participating in community promotion activities.

• Conduct a preliminary analysis of the local business and commercial market, collect competitive project dynamics, price trends and buyer preferences, etc. information, and assist in the compilation of weekly/monthly market briefs.

• Use a smartphone for on-site shooting and basic editing (such as using CapCut, iMovie, etc. tools), create short videos for online platform promotion and customer communication.

• Assist the supervisor in completing daily administrative support tasks, such as meeting minutes, customer visits, file archiving, and cross-departmental coordination and liaison.

Work requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common communication software (WhatsApp, WeChat, Zoom).

• Applicants with basic mobile phone photography and video editing skills are preferred; those who can independently complete picture composition, caption addition, and background music matching.

• Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate basic needs in Mandarin; have good expression skills and service awareness, and be willing to interact and collaborate with customers and colleagues.

• Must be a Hong Kong resident or hold a valid work visa (including the "Top Talent Pass Scheme" TTPS, the "Quality Migrant Admission Scheme" QMAS, the "Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Scheme" IANG, the "Dependent visa" or other legal work permit).
