Job Description
1. High-end customer service and sales achievement
- Provide one-on-one luxury shopping experiences for high net worth clients, covering all categories of goods (leather goods, accessories, ready-to-wear, jewelry, watches, etc.)
- Deeply explore customer needs, recommend personalized product combinations, and achieve personal and store sales targets
- Maintain VIP customer relationships, record customer preferences through CRM system, and regularly follow up on repeat purchases and event invitations
2. Brand and product experts
- Proficient in brand history, craftsmanship, materials and product core selling points, able to professionally communicate brand value
- Keep up with new products, limited editions, and market trends, and provide fashion advice to customers
3. Store operation collaboration
- Process post-purchase issues (repair, exchange, etc.), enhance customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
Experience:
- More than 1 year of luxury/high-end retail sales experience (fresh graduates must have luxury internship or strong industry enthusiasm)
- Applicants with experience in watches, jewelry, bags, and fashion accessories are preferred
Core competencies
Image and temperament: dressed neatly, behave decently, and meet the image requirements of the luxury goods industry
Communication skills: Proficient in building trust with high net worth clients, with high emotional intelligence and adaptability
