Ventilation System Engineer

Project Engineer Position: Full-time

Location: Hong Kong / Macau

Job Responsibilities:

• Mainly responsible for ventilation system engineering

• Provide professional assistance in design approval communication, acceptance testing (T&C), on-site installation projects, commissioning, post-installation services

• Responsible for overall coordination and communication of the project

• Participate in project meetings, monitor progress, provide technical coordination, and solve issues related to project progress

• Submit work reports (Programme Submission); report on the status of technical supervision personnel

• Responsible for commercial quotations and project building solutions

• Modify and update architectural drawings, maintain and control building standards and procedures

• Execute tasks assigned by department manager/supervisor

Other temporary projects

• Coordinate with contractors or construction companies regarding site issues, progress claims

Degree Requirements:

• Associate degree or above: Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Fire Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC (Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning), other related subjects

Other Requirements:

• Good interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and team spirit

• Proficient in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) or other design software will be preferred

• Prior experience of two years or more in related engineering fields will be preferred

• Priority will be given to those holding a first-class construction certificate

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, driving license will be preferred
