Key Responsibilities
Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations or answer questions about dishes and beverages.
Order Management: Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring an excellent dining experience throughout the meal.
Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.
Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and respectful manner, respond to feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
Secondary school education or above.
Positive, cheerful, and service‑oriented attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
