Team leadership and development</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and motivate your beauty team to achieve sales targets and service standards, and drive overall business development</li><li>Supervise the team's appearance, service attitude and ethical conduct to ensure it aligns with the brand image</li><li>Establish a daily review mechanism, analyze service and sales performance, and provide targeted training and guidance</li><li>Regularly conduct service quality evaluations and develop improvement plans (e.g., reception skills, professional technical enhancement)</li><li>Host daily morning meetings, clarify work goals, share sales strategies and new product knowledge</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>2. Operations Management and Customer Service</strong></p><ul><li>Full responsibility for daily operations of the store, including achievement of sales targets, budget control, service process optimization, visual merchandising, and inventory management</li><li>Flexible scheduling of human resources and effective response to sudden situations (such as appointment changes, customer complaints, etc.)</li><li>Optimize the reservation system to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction</li><li>Personally maintain VIP customer relationships, build long-term trust and loyalty</li><li>Handle front-line personnel affairs, including shift scheduling, attendance records, and related document follow-up</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>3.
