Job Description

Our client is seeking a Creative Art Manager to lead the conceptual and visual development of global campaigns and brand platforms. This pivotal role focuses on elevating creative quality, strengthening brand storytelling, and establishing a cohesive, refined, and contemporary visual direction that resonates across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide art direction and creative leadership for global brand campaigns, content creation, retail experiences, and digital platforms.

  • Drive conceptual exploration and develop robust visual systems to ensure consistency, distinctiveness, and impact across all brand touchpoints.

  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, and Product teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling, cohesive creative narratives.

  • Define, evolve, and uphold the brand's visual identity, maintaining excellence in every creative execution.

  • Partner with external creative agencies, photographers, production houses, and other partners to achieve flawless delivery and high standards.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and disciplined craftsmanship within the team.

  • Contribute strategically to long-term brand vision, positioning, and evolution.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.

  • At least 6-10 years of progressive experience in art direction, creative management, or senior creative roles — preferably with global lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or premium consumer brands.

  • Exceptional conceptual thinking and aesthetic sensibility, with the ability to blend artistic vision with strategic and commercial objectives.

  • Proven track record of developing, evolving, and implementing brand identities across multi-channel and international markets.

  • Agency experience strongly preferred (creative, brand or integrated agencies).

  • Refined eye for photography, film direction, typography, composition, color, and emerging visual trends.

  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and elevate the creative output of cross-functional and external teams.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with a clear understanding of aligning creative work to business goals.
