Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in chess teaching activities, responsible for students’ learning guidance and course arrangements.
2. Process general inquiries and customer service work from branches, maintaining good communication and service quality.
3. Manage student-related matters, including absences, make-up classes, etc., ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
4. Responsible for data input and other clerical work, such as file sorting and report writing, to support the daily operation of the chess institute.
5. Assist the Chess Institute in handling various branch operations to ensure smooth and error-free operations.
Requirements:
1. Have basic knowledge or interest in chess, and be able to quickly familiarize yourself with related teaching content and rules.
2. Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to properly respond to customer and student needs.
3. Familiar with computer operations, with basic office software application skills (such as Excel, Word, etc.).
4. Work carefully and responsibly, able to complete assigned tasks independently and pay attention to efficiency and accuracy.
5. Priority will be given to students or recent graduates, who need to have a team spirit and a willingness to learn.
