<div>Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Assist in chess teaching activities, responsible for students’ learning guidance and course arrangements. <br>2. Process general inquiries and customer service work from branches, maintaining good communication and service quality. <br>3. Manage student-related matters, including absences, make-up classes, etc., ensure data accuracy and timely updates. <br>4. Responsible for data input and other clerical work, such as file sorting and report writing, to support the daily operation of the chess institute. <br>5. Assist the Chess Institute in handling various branch operations to ensure smooth and error-free operations. <br><br>Requirements: <br>1. Have basic knowledge or interest in chess, and be able to quickly familiarize yourself with related teaching content and rules. <br>2. Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to properly respond to customer and student needs. <br>3. Familiar with computer operations, with basic office software application skills (such as Excel, Word, etc.).<br>4. Work carefully and responsibly, able to complete assigned tasks independently and pay attention to efficiency and accuracy. <br>5. Priority will be given to students or recent graduates, who need to have a team spirit and a willingness to learn.</div>
