Accounting clerk

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily input and recording of accounting vouchers to ensure accurate financial data.
Handling import and export-related documents, including customs declarations, invoices and other trade-related information.
Assist in sorting and archiving various financial and administrative documents, keeping the data neat and orderly.
Executive assigned other administrative or financial support tasks.

Requirements:

Secondary school graduation or above, majoring in accounting or related fields, are given priority.
Have basic accounting knowledge, with experience in printing orders and handling documents is preferred.
Familiar with computer operations, able to use Excel and accounting software fluently.
Have good communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate with internal departments and external institutions.
Work carefully and responsibly, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure and complete tasks on time.
