Education Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional education consulting services to students and parents, including early childhood education and transition, learning planning and advanced guidance at the primary and secondary school stage.

2. Design personalized education evaluation plans according to students’ needs and characteristics, and propose corresponding improvement suggestions.

3. Effectively connect and cooperate with schools, educational institutions and other relevant resources in the Greater Bay Area, and expand the education service network.

4. Regularly attend industry training and seminars to keep a deep understanding and grasp of the Hong Kong education system and latest policies.

5. Assist the team in completing customer follow-up work, ensure service quality meets the standard and continuously improve satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. More than five years of relevant experience in the Hong Kong education industry, those with secondary school teacher or education consulting agency background are preferred.

2. Familiar with the Hong Kong local education system, especially the operation mode and development trend of early childhood education and basic education.

3. Have excellent education evaluation and program design abilities, and be able to design targeted learning plans based on student needs.

4. Fluent in Mandarin for communication, with good language expression and interpersonal skills.

5. High sense of responsibility and service awareness, able to work efficiently under pressure, and willing to collaborate with team members.
